Welcome to the Healthy Futures Hub.

A brand-new, vibrant community space developed in partnership between St Kilda Football Club and Frankston City Council, our vision is to improve the health and lives of all who call the south home.

The Healthy Futures Hub is dedicated to facilitating and promoting positive health and wellbeing across a variety of areas, with the facility hosting 10 organisations specialising in intergenerational health, all-abilities care and community sport.

We strongly believe the Healthy Futures Hub has the ability to pioneer community healthcare models, make lasting differences through the work of our partners and above all, foster better health for all who come through the doors.

Healthy Futures Hub has a range of versatile spaces, offering exceptional facilities for businesses, community programs and the general public to book.

The Hub is easily accessed, located just off the Mornington Peninsula Freeway, with onsite parking and café, making it an ideal hiring choice for events in the South.

Grand Opening April/May 2024

Although Healthy Futures Hub has been operating and thriving for a number of months, the opening is something worth celebrating. Official Grand Opening date to be confirmed, keep an eye on our website for updates.

St Kilda Football Club Staff Site Visit

The St Kilda Football Club has played a pivotal role in the development o Healthy Futures Hub. The Hub welcomed Saints staff members down at Seaford to see the work that has been done and to learn more about how the Hub is benefiting the community.

Wallara Production

Wallara are a support service that operate out of the Hub, assisting adults living with a range of different abilities. One service they offer is media production, and they have pulled together a wonderful video explaining the hub in more detail.
